How to upgrade act_runner to Gitea Runner 5 in Docker without breaking workflows
The gitea/act_runner image has been frozen at v0.6.1 since 30 April 2026; the runner now lives in gitea/runner and is at 5.2.4. The jump keeps your registration, but three changes break jobs: ${VAR} in config.yaml, the valid_volumes wildcard and jobs without runs-on.
